After Dolby acquired Lake Technology, I helped establish Dolby Australia in Sydney and led software and hardware engineering and product strategy for the Dolby Lake Processor, used as a main processor for large-scale live events including Olympic and Commonwealth Games ceremonies.

When Dolby Laboratories acquired Lake Technology, I helped establish Dolby Australia in Sydney and stepped into engineering and product leadership. I hired and managed software and hardware engineering teams and led product strategy for high-performance professional audio platforms across Australia and the United States.

The Dolby Lake Processor

The Dolby Lake Processor productised years of digital audio research into a single high-performance unit. It went on to serve as a main processor for some of the largest live events in the world, including Olympic and Commonwealth Games opening ceremonies.

This role was the bridge between deep research engineering and the product and innovation leadership that defined the next stage of my career, combining engineering execution with product strategy at global scale.
